Okay place to live, the locks are old and I had to pay out of pocket cause my key got stuck in the lock and it was late at night so I had to call a lock smith. Management fought me on it so I let go. Oh then when I moved out they took my entire deposit even though I got it professionally cleaned and said I owed another 200 . They suck overall for the price you pay not really worth it, you’ll be happier at the apartments across the street. They are managed by grey star so that should tell you right there what shady buisness they got going on.

I paid close to half of my net income as a teacher with a masters in LAUSD to live in a 1 bedroom with roaches. Wilshire Vermont also took half of my security deposit and never fixed the roach problem. As pictured, roaches were regularly in the apartment (in my BED, kitchen, bathroom) as well as directly outside the apartment greeting me after a long workday or crawling under my front door to get in like they were the ones paying the exorbitant rent. AVOID.
