Update: Still love VRV property is clean, staff is nice and I’ve really been loving all the food trucks lately. Out of all the amenities the pool is my favorite :) I’ve had a great experience living at VRV the last couple of years. The property is clean, the amenities are well kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They handled the evacuation that recently happened very well keeping us informed and supported throughout an unexpected and stressful situation. I really appreciated their communication and how they gave us a rent credit right away.

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The property is well kept, the team is responsive, and the community feels calm and safe. It’s been a comfortable, hassle‑free place to call home.

⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE RESIDENTS ⚠️ For the amount of rent this apartment complex charges, the living conditions, security, and management are extremely disappointing and nowhere near “luxury” standards. The biggest issue here is safety. The side gates are constantly left open, and the garage gates are frequently broken — sometimes staying open for months at a time. Repairs are temporary at best because every week there seems to be another issue. This allows random cars, homeless individuals, and groups of teenagers to enter the property regularly, creating an unsafe environment for residents.
