Vantage at McKinney Falls

This condo is a dump. I'm a current resident, and my air conditioner breaks down every week, and I have all the proof. 👌 It's one of the worst places I've ever lived. It's been the worst stay ever, and since it's summer, the living conditions are unbearable. They don't do anything to resolve the problem, much less refund the electricity bill I'm overpaying. Complaining is useless, and they won't let us leave early without paying extra for breach of contract, even though they're the ones to blame for us wanting to leave early because of their terrible service.

I do not recommend renting in these apartments the rent goes up more and more and when you go to the office the administration always has an excuse, the charges for services and utilities are getting higher and higher. A mistake to see renewed contract in this apartment complex

Hello, I’m pretty upset I was just emailed we have new pool hours due to someone leaving broken glass in the pool area. The email states they are going to start monitoring but if it’s being monitored then the matter should not reflect the pool hours. Most people and children are at work / school during office hours. The average adult does not get home until after 5. As for the weekends, to change the pool hours until 5 is unsuitable as the sun barely goes down at 5/6. As a resident who pays to use these amenities I just think that’s very poor judgement.
