My daughters and I have asthma and I was just in the hospital and at risk of stroke. I can’t come home and not get a headache. As people are smoking inside of their unit when we’re supposed to be smoke free Property. Also, since I’ve lived here insulation and other things were supposed to have already been done before moving in and it’s never been done. I’ve started doing my own little insulations also so that bugs don’t come in and so I can keep from too much outrageous PG&E bill.

⚠️ DON’T MOVE HERE⚠️ these apartments were splendid 10+ years ago, they never fix anything, always broken, Pool/Gym have been closed post-covid and they never reopened apparently, Management team always changes every year and they leave. No parking control, shame management let these apartments complex down to shit.

I have lived here for about two years now and for anyone looking to move here, DO NOT DO IT. The apartment itself in my experience is average, but with a lot of big problems that you will be expected to remedy yourself no matter how clean and spotless you keep your place. But the worst of it is the lack of security for our cars. Several cars are stolen or broken into WEEKLY.
