I had my car broken into three times, and it was ultimately stolen during the 18 months I lived here. A policy change that allowed vehicles to leave without a badge directly contributed to the loss of my car.

Honestly great place to live in the heart of Downtown Auburn. Everything is so close to this place it's hard to move away. Loved my time here. The Management was always on top of questions or concerns! The Maintenance staff ALWAYS took care of any issue that day or the next day for me. I was on the side facing Rainer so always had a great view. I recently moved out to a larger apartment but loved my apartment and my neighbors. Take care of your apartment and they take care of you. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in the Auburn area.
