I want to share how happy we are living in this community. The maintenance team and office staff are truly amazing. Every time we need help, they are responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issue. Recently, our washing machine stopped working. We submitted a maintenance request, and Steve came the very next day to inspect it. He returned on Monday with another team member, installed a new machine, and made sure everything was working properly. They were professional, respectful, and cleaned everything up afterward. We also really appreciate how well the community is maintained.
