I highly recommend The Riley Apartments in Phoenix. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. The team provides excellent customer service, answers questions with confidence, and makes the entire experience feel welcoming and easy. The professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out, and they are truly a great asset for the company.

The complex causes so much stress. While living there they had a constant rotation of new management. If you ever need to get ahold of someone in the office you’ll have to show up. They won’t answer or return phone calls. They schedule times to walk through everyone’s apartments for “inspections” and following those inspections, myself and plenty of others all received some sort of “breach of lease” letter and we were given a 10 days to vacate notice if not resolved.
