Their landscapers will shatter your window and they won’t care to help pay for it btw (parked in a resident COVERED spot keep in mind)
students: please try to live in housing that has nothing to do with student living. ——— EDIT: after looking at more reviews, many of the 5 star reviews are left by current/former employees that probably never lived in a unit 🤡🤡🤡 !! ——— hidden fees, repeated closures of amenities (the pool was not open for well over a year), haphazard repairs, and most importantly, they will charge you an INSANE amount of money for "repairs" at move-out (i.e. dust on the floorboards and nail holes in the wall despite the lease stating nothing on either of those issues).
One of the worst student living apartments in Lubbock. The environment is straight gross, as trash bins are always overfilled and it doesn't seem like the trash gets thrown out; with trash bags littering the streets. Staff is also horrible, as they don't attend to urgent needs and maintenance requests.
