We lived her a year and moved out as soon as our lease ended. They went from $999 to $1199 and those apartments aren’t nearly worth it. The roach infestation is horrible, the pools are never open, the waters always off and sometimes it would only come out scalding hot. Additionally there’s a massive stray cat population there and there’s always cat shit everywhere. The only positive is that the new maintenance crew is very nice and seemed to be quick to respond but that may have just been because they got there right before our lease ended so they were more responsive than normal

Stopped by to see if the reviews were correct and from what i see and some people i stopped and spoke with finding diffrent apartments to move into seems best. The issues that have been listed are still very current so Thank you to all the reviews.

Worst place to live do not move in here been living here for 4 years every year is a different owners who go up on rent an bills the water bills is 180 every month they say it’s between the building but idk I haven’t had neighbors in about a year water bill still high mind you out of the 5 apartments in the 1 building there’s only 2 apartments being rented the other 3 have been vacant for quite a while an bills are to the same and when you go talk to the office there either always at lunch or never there or they have no information on what’s going on .
