After nearly 4 years at The Grove, my husband and I are more than ready to leave. We originally chose to stay because of the affordable rent and convenient location while saving for a house. We’ve tried to make the best of our time here, but after everything we’ve experienced, the cheap rent is simply not worth it. Over the years, we have watched multiple managers come and go, yet the same problems continue. It feels like there is constantly someone new in charge, another new policy, or another last-minute change.

I would seriously think twice before renting here. The cheap rent is NOT worth it whatsoever. - I was charged for damages and cleaning that I did not cause simply because I was the last roommate to move out. Our third roommate was not charged a dime. Some of the original move-out charges were even assigned to the wrong room, yet they kept almost all of the common-area damage and cleaning charges on my bill while I was the only roommate being charged for them. - We had a maintenance manager threaten, yell, and scream at my roommate for hours starting around 10 PM while she was home alone.
