I do not recommend this apartment complex. I pay almost $2,800 a month when rent and additional fees are included, and this is what I have to see right outside my apartment. There is very little consideration for residents when it comes to the shared/common areas. Shoes, bicycles, clothes, and other personal belongings are often left in the walkways and around the stairs. Another issue is the noise. Some residents sit on the stairs right next to the apartments and bedrooms while talking on the phone or having long conversations with their families.

Truly a wonderful place the manager raja was super friendly as well was the rest of the staff. Including John I think his name was he was super funny and made looking for a place less stressful . The apartments were also very well priced for the Nabor hood

I honestly wouldn’t recommend wasting your time coming to this leasing office. The customer service is very poor, and the information they provide doesn’t make any sense. Every person I spoke to gave different answers, and none of it felt clear or reliable. The apartments themselves are actually pretty good, but dealing with the leasing office is frustrating and confusing. It feels like they’re not properly informed or trained, which makes the whole process a waste of time.
