The new management team has been very professional and approachable. Gabby is friendly, responsive, and is actually present in the office, which has been a positive change. Juan, the maintenance technician, does an excellent job and is always kind and helpful. However, he appears to be overworked, as he is handling maintenance responsibilities on his own. The main concern at this time is the water bill. The charges seem excessively high, and the billing is no longer available on the first of the month as it used to be. In addition, the office phones are still not functioning properly.

For Marcos maintenance, I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team. Marcos responds quickly to our request, he is respectful and professional. It is reassuring to know he is reliable and takes resident’s concerns seriously.
