My first application was automatically rejected. Leasing told me that changing my guarantor to a co-applicant would meet the requirements and be accepted, so I reapplied and was automatically rejected again. The second report contradicted the first and somehow showed my income had dropped by 80% within one day. I was promised a manual review by Friday or Monday. On Monday, they still had not reviewed it and I had to follow up so many times.

Edit: They are pretty fast to reply to reviews here but don’t do anything about it when you try to find a solution in person. It feels like I’m living above a loud restaurant here. Avoid. The people at the reception are great but that’s pretty much about it. There is another party going on at the courtyard. Every.Single.Weekend. They are taking place at a semi-open event room that the designers of the building thought would be a great idea to have parties in so that every resident of the building can hear. Don’t come to this space if you are looking for a peaceful time.

I would not move in here - management changed from Greystar to Bozutto in March 26 with the notion that it would be luxury prices for budget service and amenities. Nothing changed except your rent will increase 15-30%. Count on the following: fire pits always broken, hallways smell like trash and animal feces, trash chutes filled and filthy, packages lost, gym photos look like they’re fancy but check it out yourself it’s over crowded and very few basic items, even the sofa broke in the rooftop during a movie event we hosted while guests were sitting on it!
