This apartment is so beautiful! I love the amenities a lot! They’re all so nice, well kept and usually not crowded. Maintenance is 10/10. Very thorough and fast. I will say I did have a lot of palmetto bugs, silverfish, crickets, a frog and even a lizard in my apartment over the course of the last year (I mean it’s FL I’m assuming bugs are everywhere lol) But I’ve never opened the door to my porch ever. And if noise bothers you I wouldn’t live here. It is soooo loud.

Had such a great experience touring Sumerall! From the moment I walked in, I was really impressed. The amenities are honestly insane, and the pond is beautiful, especially with how peaceful the whole community feels. The apartments themselves are super modern, clean, and definitely feel top of the line. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and overall experience. I’ve toured quite a few places, and Sumerall definitely stood out to me. I’ll be applying soon and I’m really excited to call this place home!
