I’ve only lived here for a short time, but I’m thoroughly impressed with management and maintenance. Nothing but excellence.
Great management and friendly staff. However, the appliances are very old and need to be replaced frequently, and the skylights are so dirty that you can not see out of them. The cabinets are also outdated and scratched up it's definitely time for an update or a fresh coat of paint. The neighborhood and layouts are great, but the units could really use a facelift, including newer appliances, since the current ones will eventually fail. That said, the property manager Evan was excellent and did a great job keeping the community informed about updates and organizing events.
Evan is the BEST manager.
