Sam was great! I am a first time homebuyer and he made sure that he explained the entire process from beginning to end. I ended up with my dream townhome. Sam was available to answer any questions I had and worked to secure my home. He stayed on top of everything to make sure my quick close was able to move forward. I was so glad to be able to work with him throughout this process! He made it super easy.

Sam is by far the best realtor we could have asked for. We reached out after stumbling across his instagram and he drove almost an hour to meet us. He was extremely communicative, hopping on calls with us late at night and over many weekends. He organized all of our showings and worked with sellers to move showings around so it worked with our schedule. There's so much to consider when buying a house and as first time home buyers my wife and I barely knew where to start.
