I wanted to take a moment to leave an honest review because I've seen a huge improvement at RiverGate Apartments over the past several months. It's refreshing to see how much effort has been put into making the community a better place to live. The front office staff has been professional, friendly, and much more responsive, always willing to help residents and answer questions. The maintenance team has also done an excellent job—they respond quickly, complete repairs efficiently, and genuinely care about keeping the property in great condition.
Have been living here for 3 years and had a noise complaint. I thought they are pet friendly and because we had visitors with kids the kids were thumping. So we got a warning. Don’t recommend living here find some other place that will be less of a headache if you have people coming over.
