I like it it’s nice here good parking cool pool and good roommates there are too exits but sadly one is broken rn the rent is perfect and I LOVE the balcony’s the rooms are a great size and the common room and kitchen are spacious over all a 9/10
Had friends visit from my hometown and they paid the guess parking fees. After parking only for one night someone broke all the windows of their car and took all their stuff. Talked to front office and they provide no security cameras for guests parking spots even when charging people just to park. Parking is outside but there is still no cameras?
Be aware!! They are scammers!!!! They say one price but as listed on the photo they have 1,000 hidden fees!! Do not believe the monthly rate! Firstly they told us we would only have to pay deposit fee prior to move in when actually you will have to pay the full month plus deposit while only moving in mid August 1/2 the month! Then they proceed to add excessive fees monthly making the monthly rate almost $150 more than expected. I’m calling the business bureau on them seriously. It’s sickening how they are taking advantage of kids and lie about everything even matching roommates!
