If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My experience with Redpoint Tallahassee has been extremely stressful and disappointing. From the day I moved in, my roommate and I noticed a strong foul odor in the apartment that smelled like urine, and we immediately raised concerns about the carpet and asked for it to be removed. We were told it would have to be “deemed” eligible for removal. I also started getting bitten by fleas almost immediately after moving in and reported the issue to the office the same day.

Do not rent from here. They take advantage of the student population. Charge excessive move out fees for items that were already broken when you moved in. When we moved in the carpet was damaged already. We annotated it on the move in sheet but when it was time to move out that form has now miraculously disappeared. Move out costs came in to over $1100 based on their inspection. They charged to replace the carpet that was already worn and withered on moving in!!!
