Worst places to live ever don’t recommend. All they do is take your loney any chance they get.

I’ve been living at Redpoint since I’ve started at NC state going on 4 years and everything is perfect! It’s a great experience living here, rates are lower than any housing I’ve seen. It’s at the center of everything while still being 2.5 miles from campus and feeling like a resort. the staff is always nice, especially Anna she’s always trying to make you feel welcomed! Maintenance is always quick to fix any work orders the only way it might take more time is if they need to order parts but even then they are always on top of it.

for starters I want to say that redpoints location is fantastic. It’s close to state campus, close to the football stadium, and close to RDU. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing about redpoint. I know that it’s close to all three of those spots because I would constantly be avoiding my own house and going to one of those three locations. “Management” if you can even call it that, it truly the worst. If you’re looking for comparable service you might as well go to the DMV, and honestly they would probably be more helpful. The houses themselves are absolute garbage.
