Response to previous review post: I’ve clarified I’m not the resident — my brother Mason is. Per Tara, there were 3 units available to relocate him to after his unit was deemed uninhabitable: mold, mildew smell, and non-functioning sink and shower. That was over a week ago. The unit he was offered had a dog, and both my sister Kourtni and Mason told Tara he has an acute allergy to dogs — so he still hasn’t been able to move. It’s hard to understand why he’d be offered a non-hypoallergenic unit when other options existed.

Overall, my experience living at Redpoint was fine, and I do think the safety and overall living experience have improved compared to what they used to be. However, there are several areas where this property seriously needs improvement. First, communication is extremely difficult. Getting someone to answer the phone or respond to emails can be a challenge. Residents are told to communicate through the resident portal, but in my experience, that was not reliable either. If you have an urgent issue or need maintenance assistance, I would not expect quick or consistent communication.
