Staff entered my apartment to take pictures, and I found that extremely disrespectful. It made me feel that my privacy was not respected. The building also has a persistent ant infestation that was never fully resolved. On top of that, many of my friends experienced rent increases far beyond what we expected. Living here was one frustrating experience after another. The building is frequently used for apartment tours, making it feel more like a showroom than a home.

The maintenance team is doing a great job, and the leasing office staff are very nice. Laniel was really helpful and helped me resolve many issues since I moved in. On the other hand, although my apartment is on the third floor, I still saw some ants after the first pest control. I would recommend a floor above the third floor if you care about this. Hopefully this can be resolved in the future pest control sessions.

Living at Prado has been a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is not the building itself, but the way management treats residents. Communication is often dismissive, concerns are not taken seriously, and residents are expected to accept decisions without clear explanations. The experience after signing the lease is very different from the impression given during tours. Many recent 5-star reviews are about tours or one-time maintenance visits, which do not reflect what it is actually like to live here long term.
