Paseo Residences at Eilan

Beautiful property, terrible management. I’ve lived here for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst management we’ve had. The property itself is beautiful, but the current manager doesn’t seem to follow up on even basic issues. More than 10 exterior lights around Building 12 have been out for over a month. They were reported directly to management, but they’re still not fixed. The area gets very dark at night, and I personally saw a resident almost trip because of the poor lighting. There are also boxes and packages that sit in the lobby/common areas for days without being removed.

Don’t walk, RUN!!! So many of our ceilings are leaking causing apartment flooding and they still haven’t given a timeline to residents after 2 months. Also, better upkeep of these units would be nice. Take your money elsewhere.

I have enjoyed living here for just over a year. The leasing office team is super helpful, friendly, and responsive. I appreciate that they always communicate any changes going on or information we need to be aware of. Maintenance is awesome as well. The guys on the team are very polite and quick. It’s nice to know that you’re supported by your apartment complex and that no issue will stay lingering for too long. Of course, the property is also beautiful with lots of space to walk around and a community garden too.
