I visited the Palacio three years ago and fell in love with the complex—I even wanted to move here... BUT I visited again yesterday and was horrified. The complex has become filthy; the hallway carpets are covered in trash and pet urine stains, the stairs are dirty, and there was even a condom lying around 🤮 The conclusion is clear: this is no longer the complex I fell in love with; it is a dirty, unkempt place where I certainly wouldn't want to live anymore.

We experienced an ongoing roach problem in our apartment for about three months. Despite multiple pest control treatments and a full clean-out, we continued to find live roaches in the kitchen and food preparation areas. Management denied our request for an early lease release without penalty. Prospective residents should ask detailed questions about pest control and recurring infestations before signing a lease.

Just visited here and Natalia was exceptional! She was beyond welcoming and so knowledgeable. The apartment complex is nicely located. I loved the community area but I still think the prices are pretty high. It would be nice if they ran some move in specials, maybe 1 or 2 months free? The area around it is being developed so it certainly has that going.
