This is a summary of my personal experience hiring Pacific Point Builders. I hired them in 2024 to build an ADU in Los Angeles. The building process went smoothly at first, and I even recommended them to family and friends at that time. After the ADU was completed and occupied, several issues came up. The HVAC units began leaking water on the floor, and the hot water heater broke multiple times even after being reinstalled twice. The HVAC system also stopped blowing heat.
Very professional service from Iron Man Construction & Development.
Steven and his team are a literal pond in the desert.I had spoken to COUNTLESS contractors about a garage conversion, the price differentials, general lack of knowledge and refusal to commit to timelines had me close to just giving up.Then came Steven.Pacific Point Builders is a well oiled machine:From communication, to transparency on costs/timelines, to permits, to design, to creative problem solving, to STAYING IN BUDGET, to passing inspections with flying colors, to being on time and respectful, their entire team from TOP to BOTTOM is exemplary.
