Noble Old Hampden

Love living here. The building is decent, the community awesome, and amenities are nice. But management has no care for the community and building and I’m hoping this one star review will motivate them to fix the things that are broken. First they switched the building access system and promised nothing would change except for the name of the system. A lie. We went from being able to open every door on the building, including the garage doors with our phones to just the front door and mail room. Second management doesn’t care about fixing broken items.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective residents should be aware of the ongoing issues we've experienced in this building. For months, the 1Valet system was down, making it difficult or impossible to grant access for package deliveries, mail, pet care providers, guests, and other visitors. Management repeatedly stated that the app could still be used for access, but that was not the experience many residents had. Instead of implementing a secure temporary solution, the front entrance was left completely unlocked, allowing anyone unrestricted access to the building.

Jacob on the maintenance team has been a huge help. He is kind, efficient, and gets the job done every time!
