We renovated our kitchen with Moss and are extremely happy with the results. The Moss team is professional, produce high-quality results and went the extra mile to ensure we got just what we envisioned for our kitchen. One thing I really appreciated was the project managers were quick to respond to issues, updates and schedule changes. Thank you for the great work Jaime, Joe, Kim, Luis, Jeffery, Carlos and everyone else
Re-configured the main level of our house to add bedroom and bathroom. The Project Manager Scott S did a good job managing the project. Jaime G, the GM was quick to respond to all our questions and requests and provided good support.
We cannot in good faith recommend Moss. We selected Moss based on its reputation as a premium design-build firm. We spent over a year planning the renovation, meeting with contractors, and securing funding to create a space for our family to gather and make lasting memories. Once we signed, it took 1.5 years to complete. We received multiple lower bids from other contractors but chose Moss expecting that the higher cost would deliver superior design, project management, communication, and overall experience. In hindsight, that expectation was not met.
