We had an appointment to view the apartment at 2:30, but when we arrived, the leasing office staff had gone to lunch
Our experience at Marley Lofts was extremely disappointing, and we strongly advise others to proceed with caution. We moved in during 2025 after applying from out of state. Before signing, we asked management for reassurance about concerns we had seen in online reviews and were told that conditions were improving. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Upon move-in, the unit we were given did not match the floor plan we had selected. It also lacked the amenities we were drawn to the property to begin with. There was no air conditioning, and the washer and dryer had not been installed.
Two years later and I'm still waiting on my security deposit back from this place, mind you I never moved in and was told it would be returned within 2-3 weeks. Yea, again two years later and this thieving company still hasn't returned anything.
