lived here for 2 years . Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND they have predatory towing that will tow over the littlest thing n have you pay over $300 to drop it n not to mention the roaches everywhere in every crevices that will seemingly never go away. After my lease was up they charge for every little thing now have to pay over 1000 in damages when spending hours cleaning

I do not live here, however my boyfriend has lived here for almost 3 years and I have been a guest every week. The amount of issues he has had in his apartment does not justify the rent. ROACHES and MOLD being the top 2 issues he has had MULTIPLE TIMES. And the workers? they do not care. Recently there was a severe mold issue and the entire apartment below him had to be evacuated. The mold issue was also in my boyfriend’s AC unit. The team came to put up a temporary structure for containment. It has been about 2 months and the complex has completely forgotten and never came back to check up.

I have lived here for a school year and it has been a nightmare staying here. Upon moving in, the apartment was one of the most disgusting things I have stepped foot into. There were roaches, dirt, dog hair, and gunk on almost every surface and appliance. I had put in multiple maintenance requests in and they would rarely show up and they might fix something. Calling the office is impossible and trying to get a hold of someone to speak with is a rarity. Even going in in-person gives you a low shot of being able to speak with the managers.
