I stayed at the Lark for one year and experienced extreme humidity/mold outbreak. It was an uncomfortable environment and I did not feel that my needs were accommodated by maintenance when I brought up these issues. Among the mold, I also had issues with maintenance entering without notifying. I found shards of a broken lightbulb in my cat’s food bowl, due to maintenance coming in to change a lightbulb. They broke a bulb, swept it up, but did it carelessly. Carelessly leaving my broom in my bathroom and the lights on, and of course the huge shards of light bulb that could’ve harmed my baby.

If you are thinking about moving here, don’t. If I could give management a 0/5 I would.

I spent a year here and I have never been so relieved to hand over a set of keys. Let's start with the money, because that's where they're most creative. They charged me for breaking a lease I did not break. Next they force you to pay rent, utilities, and other expenses on different days so you pay their $19 convince fee several times a month. I had to fight with them so they'd combine the bill Then they invented a massive cleaning fee because I left some hair in a sink. Hair. In a sink. In an apartment I paid to live in for twelve months.
