Want to start by saying the staff, from Mayra to the maintenance team, are all very nice. However, this is easily the most disappointing and low quality community I've lived in so far. In just under a month of living here, I've had to place 8 service requests for a "newly turned" apartment, including rancid smelling sewage water from other units flooding my sink, not once, but twice, after being "fixed". The bottom of my feet were black for the first 2 weeks from how dirty the apartment floors were, and I'm still mopping multiple times a week to try and get rid of it.

No guest parking is enough of a reason to avoid living here. Nice community, but tough to share that experience with friends and family when parking here is a logistical issue. Pretty comical choice to build a community with a lack of parking, especially considering monthly parking permits are incredibly high source of revenue.

Absolutely ridiculous, 180 units and not a single guest parking spot. Even current residents currently do not have parking spots and have “temporary permits” parking on the side of the entrance. They’re violating a direct fire code: Fire Code (IFC) Section 503 and Appendix D. Do not waste your money here, terrible management.
