Recently toured Hillside place and couldn’t be more impressed by the service. Maxel was great and for the dollar you couldn’t get any better on E Riverside!! Considering a loft unit!!
I lived here for 3 years and it was the worst place I ever lived. Save your money and go anywhere else. I only stayed so long because it was too expensive to move. Overpriced, the units are infested with roaches, bugs, rats. Hidden fees left and right. Dirty complex, washers never worked. I went two summers in a row going a month without my a/c working. Electric bill was very high year round bc insulation sucks.
