Welcome to Hawthorne at New Bern; where coastal charm meets modern comfort. Just minutes from historic downtown and the waterfront, our 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes feature bright, open layouts with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and private patios or balconies that bring the outdoors in. Every detail is designed for easy living, from hosting friends to quiet mornings with coffee in hand. Previously known as Proximity New Bern, this community blends comfort, connection, and the laid-back spirit that makes coming home feel exactly right.
