EDIT: After living here for about 5 months, we hate living here. See my husbands review above. Original review: We have been here for about 1 month so far. Pros- -The leasing agent we worked with, was communicative, helpful, and kind. -Maintenance has been quick to fix the problems we submit and are consistently around the property cleaning, taking out trash, mowing, raking leaves, etc. -There are dog bags and trash stations all over, and the dog run and bath area is convenient. -We received the advertised $1000 gift card and 8 weeks of free rent upon signing.

Since we moved in, in May this year, we have continued to be disappointed. We have also continued to voice or concerns and disappointment to the management team and change has not occurred. Our biggest complaint is the misuse of the trash receptacles. The unhoused and outside community members dig through and dispose of their trash in these receptacles daily, which directly affects our monthly cost. From our first trash bill to our most current, the cost has gone up over 100% ($24.76➡️$39.91➡️$48.55➡️$50.66).

By far the best complex and management team i’ve had. the whole team was accommodating and welcoming. Open parking, the clubhouse and other amenities were always clean and spacious to work in. They also held community events. I was in the Defiance floorpan and loved my space here!
