I’ve been living at Five55 for three years and I am still 100% delighted to call it home. In addition to the many extraordinary amenities, like the well appointed community room (including a pool table), the large patio with grilling equipment and plenty of comfortable seating, the well equipped fitness center, and the rooftop gardens, also with plenty of seating, the management team I’m thrilled to say is also top notch! They tirelessly listen and work with all of us to make sure this is a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment.

Alex did a great job of identifying and resolving my washing machine problem and in a timely manner. Great job Alex! Thanks!

My daughter lived at 555 Pacific Ave., Santa Cruz for one year, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. Throughout her lease, management failed to address ongoing maintenance issues, including broken washers and dryers, a broken dishwasher, water leaks, and several other problems. Requests for repairs were either ignored or took an unreasonably long time to address. The most disturbing incident happened about three months before my daughter moved out. While she was in the bathroom, she heard someone trying to force open her apartment door.
