Exchange at Cedar Creek

I had an amazing experience touring this community with Jaxon! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish, making the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained the amenities and floor plans, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and Jaxon’s positive attitude and genuine customer service made the tour even better. You can tell they truly care about helping people find the right home.

Just moved in here this past week. Property is nice but a whole lot of growing pains and denial with management. Everyone is moving in and compactor is always full and jammed. Many days with trash all around it like a dump. They offer trash pick up for 30 bucks a month fee but crew hardly ever shows and trash is always outside doors in the morning showing this. Had a leaky shower pipe which seems fixed but no offer to clean up water damaged wall. The management appears overwhelmed at times. Several more buildings are set to open soon so likely will be a huge mess with the poor trash system.

Megan, was extremely helpful and resourceful when it came to information about the property. The application process, was simple, and I am excited to call this property my next home.
