Like others have said, they will steal your deposit. Then they will try to scam you out of fraudulent charges such as "insufficient notice" for $2000 + . I have emails, invoices, ledgers, etc. from management showing my account balance and notice given was all proper. Yet they are still audacious enough to try to scam us. I am likely going to litigation with them now. Additionally, it is far from a "Luxury" apartment. The ceilings and walls are paper thin, the gate never works, there is obvious drug and criminal activity with no security, and I have had cockroachs from inside the walls.

Broken patio screen for months, constant random water shut offs, maintenance men who scream and bang on the door even after screaming back to give me a minute they still waltz inside, oh and door hinge inspections cause that’s a thing. I’ve tried talking to the front office and they say these things will get done within a week or the next or the next and it’s been since May update : found a huge infestation of ants on my patio due to the screen being broken leading to the ants getting inside. probably over the months the patio has been broken since I cant upkeep my patio.

Good luck trying to get a hold of anybody here! Email or phone, no one will answer. Maybe this review will get more traction than anything else I’ve tried. If they decide to respond to you, it’ll be a week or two. The pool is open 24/7 with no lock even though there is a sign saying the pool closes at 8pm which allows for visitors at ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. I’ve had to call the police multiple times (4 in the past 2 months) on people going to the pool way passed 10pm and screaming, being loud, having parties etc. I constantly see people drinking and smoking hookahs, IN THE POOL.
