Edge Apartments

I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment and have been trying to contact the leasing office, but no one answers the phone. I called five times in one day and never received a callback. This is very disappointing, especially for someone interested in renting an apartment. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Better communication with prospective residents is needed.

The building looks fairly clean on the surface and parking has never been an issue, but there are bigger problems. The leasing office never picks up the phone, no matter how many times you call in a day, (I’ve called multiple times for a couple days straight and left a voice message because of the ant problem) and communication has been consistently poor. The rooftop deck was supposed to open months ago and is still not available, with no updates on when (or if) that will change.
