The office staff was incredible helpful and kind, along with the maintenencd staff i met. Logan was incredibly helpful and the property looks beautiful might I add.

I had a pleasant experience touring Eastborough with leasing manager Maria! She was so kind and accommodating as we looked at several units. I loved how there was no pressure or crazy sales tactics and she considered my needs and found the perfect unit for me! I feel so comfortable in my decision to move here thanks to her! The complex is beautiful and full of great amenities.

I was initially very interested in Eastborough and was seriously considering leasing a two-bedroom apartment there due to an upcoming military relocation back to Jacksonville. I actually had a friend who previously lived at the community and had recommended it to me, so I went into my search with a positive impression. While researching the community’s social media, however, I came across a video on what appeared to be the active Instagram account that I found concerning and inappropriate for an apartment community.
