One of the tricks they use and you need to watch for that is the more empty and half-empty boxes they produce pretending well packing , the more money they get out of you because you pay for cubic foot. For them, the lighter the furniture and the boxes, the better is for them. They would empty all drawers to create as many boxes as possible because you pay for volume.
They overcharge based on fictitious volumes. Their fee to transfer a 1 ft3 ink jet printer is 3x higher than the printer's cost. And even when they never deliver the printer, they still charge your credit card for that! Don't buy their fictitious insurance, it's not going to pay for anything I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
