decent apartment, however you now have to pay HOURLY for a guest to park and cannot get a guest parking pass. residents were not told about this until after move in. every other complex has guest parking that is FREE for residents guests.
I would like to shout out Ms. Melody. I've been trying to gain clarity on my daughters ESA. Melody took time to listen to me, provided empathy and compassion is her response. Thank you Melody!!
Update- still having issues with this company it has been over 10 business days and I have yet to receive my refund. I have reached out multiple times with and the only response that I have gotten is that they are aware of my refund request and are working on it when I asked them Could someone please provide a specific timeline for when I can expect my refund? And to Please let me know what stage of the processing cycle my request is currently in." Crickets, that was Tuesday till this day no one has responded. This is very frustrating, unfair, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
