The management went above and beyond to accommodate the demands of moving out of the apartment in a way I have never experienced. Alexa was very helpful and gave me all the resources needed to facilitate the process. My stay at the apartment was like living with family members and issues were promptly addressed and resolved. It was a memorable experience. Thank you!
we really wanted to live here but got denied. even though we PROVED our annual income they said there’s “nothing they can do.” I make a living off tips, so my income varies-meaning if you calculate my annual income based off ONE paycheck, you don’t get a clear idea at all of what I make in a year. The people I spoke to in person were very kind, but Monica Gray, the remote employee who denied our application (saying we made WAY more annually than we actually do) didn’t even bother responding to my email proving our annual income. guess we dodged a bullet.
