have to give them a bad review. told them i would be moving in December and then attempted to get me to sign a lease for august and give them 4 months of rent for free. what a shame i was going to be spending my entire college time living here and i was looking forward to it EDIT. they emailed me again and tore them a new one about having the gall to ask me to give them over four thousand dollars for free from a disabled veteran and was going to update my google review about it. well apparently someone saw it and they said it was their ai system that i was messaging and not a real person.

Campus Pointe staff are mean people to work with. They don’t work with you through your situations. Their emails are very back handed and whenever you contact them it makes you feel like a burden. I asked to talk to a supervisor because I had questions about my utilities, and she hung up on me. If someone is breaking the lease, they don’t care. They are incredibly rude and hard to live with. They are not understanding people whatsoever. It is very high rent cost, for very little payback. Staff 0 stars.

I have had mixed experiences while living at Campus Pointe. I was placed with a random roommate who was incredibly noisy at night and constantly violating quiet hours. He would make noise until the early morning hours directly outside of my room, and he threatens to be violent with me when I ask him to stop. I have reached out to the leasing office on numerous occasions and they keep saying they will do something about it, but nothing has come from it.
