I’ve had a great experience at Bondonmint! The community is beautiful, well maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that really makes it feel like home. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are a huge plus. The staff has also been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Gwendolyn, the concierge, is especially wonderful. She is always kind, attentive, and willing to help, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her! You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about the residents and the community.

★★★★★ ZACH IS AMAZING!!! GWENDOLYN IS AMAZING!!!! I cannot say enough great things about Zach Watkins, the Leasing Manager, and Gwendolyn Sturdivant, the Concierge at The Bond on Mint. They are both a huge part of what makes living here such a great experience. Zach consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. What stands out most is his attention to detail …. he genuinely remembers the little things from previous conversations and follows through, which makes you feel like a valued resident rather than just another apartment number.

The front desk manager who says they own/run the apartment building that there is no one higher than she is very disrespectful and no idea how they are in charge very unprofessional. Need to be replaced or return back to basic customer service training learn how to treat others I wouldn’t recommend this place as long as they are in charge.
