Most disgusting complex we’ve ever lived at. Roaches and mold everywhere, be careful moving here. Everything is prefaced and the second you move in you’ll have never ending problems with roaches and your AC going out. Absolutely pathetic apartments. Recently moved to the Waters and finally able to live COMFORTABLY and not in disgust. If You think of renting from this community, run. Oh! And the pool is never open.

I’ll preface this by saying that this has nothing to do with the maintenance employees. They’re some of the most professional and punctual maintenance crews I’ve ever seen, all of the following has to do with the people in the front office. Ever since this place came under new management it’s been nothing but shitty. The pool has been closed all summer. My AC had issues for over a month. Maintenance did everything they could at their level in a timely manner, but once it’s a bigger issue that maintenance can’t fix they will get to it when they get to it.
