Ursula is extremely pleasant and friendly every time I see her. She is super knowledgable on activities at Auric and always willing to stop and help out or just answer questions. A real asset to our community and your company.
I had a fantastic experience working with the concierge team at Auric Symphony Park. I was on-site for a video and photo shoot, and Ursula went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done. She was helpful, resourceful, and stayed positive and solutions-oriented no matter what came up. If you need anything at Auric Symphony Park, Ursula is the person to go-to. Highly recommend!
I lived at Symphony Park from April 2024 through June 2026, so I had the chance to experience the community through a lot of changes. Overall, I really enjoyed living here. The location is hard to beat. Being right across from The Smith Center and just minutes from everything downtown was one of my favorite parts. I always felt safe here, and it was a great place for me and my dog. The apartment itself is beautiful, the amenities are excellent, and the maintenance team was always responsive. The biggest challenge was the construction of the sister properties across the street.
