We lived at aliso for 2 years. The day we moved the carpet was dirty and we asked them to clean which they didn’t. Carpet was also ripped by the door and they never properly fixed it. Now I moved out and they are charging me made up fees. Be aware this place is pure scam.
You been warned - this place is a scam. I lived there and thousands of dollars worth of packages were stolen. Aliso did nothing and I am not the only one. They cheapen the security in order to cut costs. 1 security guard harassed people too When you move out of this place they will not return security deposit and also will scam you with extra fees. Fire works every night at 1 am. You won’t sleep.
He always did his best and provided the highest level of service. I’m truly grateful.
