I love living here when ever we have problems they get solved within a week. The bistro area is a really cool feature!
I would be very cautious for these people who set our Granddaughter up to go to school there want to go and it was an average condition she moved in my wife has a professional cleaning company so she went in and cleaned her Granddaughter‘s area of the apartment before she checked out, they refused to do a personal walk-through and they slapped us $145 bill afterwards saying that The Place was requiring professional cleaning they sent photos of things that were not in that apartment when I called there was no way to resolve this.
Move in was great. The apartment was super clean. I had requested a specific floor, room, and an apartment facing a specific direction, and the Alight staff were able to make all of that happen, which I am really grateful for. All the staff at have been so lovely and helpful as I continue to get settled and find my way around. Only good things to say about Alight!
