I spoke with Kevin, the new General Manager, about the facility and Rent Plus, credit reporting system. He was highly versed in the facility management along with the programs offered for current and new residents. It’s great having solid management available to answer questions and guide parents and students alike. We look forward to a great living experience.

I am starting to think twice about letting my daughter live here. I had an Amazon package delivered there and they will not release it. I will be calling first thing in the morning. I don’t understand what the problem is. Package has been sitting there since last Friday. It has her name on the package. For the amount of money we are paying they should have better amenities or at least updated. Things look run down here.

I lived at Alight starting August 2024 to July 2026. It would be 1 star if not for the convenience of how close and accessible the location is to campus and stores. If you are looking to live here, just know you are only paying for convenience, not quality. Constant power and wifi outages, the fire alarm going off nonstop in the middle of the night and in the middle of the day, apartments on higher floors flooding into other apartments causing residents to move into random empty beds, and don't get me started on management and maintenance.
