I changed my review, mostly because when I moved out. The move out sheet didn’t include my security deposit in the cost. They request payment for cleaning and repairs, which I don’t mind. But act that my 1000 deposit is non-existent and charge the cleaning and repairs. You email them but receive no answer. You call and you only hear from an AI, that reassures you that someone will call, but that never happens. So if you want to lose your security deposit when you move, this is the place.
Janiyah is excellent and she is always there to help you. She always has a smile on her face. I really like the new manager Val, she's very friendly and always has time to answer any questions you may have. I would also to like to mention Ed, he always makes sure the elevators and lobby smell fresh and clean!
Leasing management is very friendly and responsive in person!
